As a tax advisor at GUHR you take ownership of a portfolio of 25–40 premium clients – from growing SaaS startups to mid-market family offices. You work eye-to-eye with founders and are operationally backed by a 6-person back-office team.
Your job as Tax Advisor – 100 % remote, anywhere in Germany
Remote is not a perk here – it's the default: the entire team works location-independently from all over Germany, with no mandatory office days and no commuting. Digital processes, named contacts and video meetings make it work.

Your tasks
- 01Strategic advisory and ongoing partnership with your clients
- 02Tax structuring (holdings, international structures, M&A)
- 03Review of annual financials and complex tax returns
- 04Representation before tax authorities incl. tax audits
- 05Sparring and technical guidance for your assigned associates
What you bring
- 01Appointed tax advisor (Steuerberater)
- 022+ years of professional experience, ideally in a mid-sized firm
- 03Confident with DATEV (Unternehmen online, Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen)
- 04Entrepreneurial mindset and a love for digital workflows
Nice to have
- 01Business-fluent English
- 02Experience with crypto or holding clients
