You run the initial consultations with business owners interested in GUHR – full-time, up to eight 30-minute calls a day, all by video. Our sales team books the appointments, so there's no prospecting. Your job: listen, spot the need, frame it with real expertise – and turn the prospect into a client. The detailed work is then handled by the advisory team.
Your job as Tax Specialist / Tax Advisor for Initial Consultations – 100 % remote, anywhere in Germany
Remote is not a perk here – it's the default: the entire team works location-independently from all over Germany, with no mandatory office days and no commuting. Digital processes, named contacts and video meetings make it work.

Your tasks
- 01Up to 8 initial consultations of 30 minutes a day with business owners and managing directors – by video
- 02Identify the need and frame it with expertise (e.g. legal form, holding, ongoing support)
- 03Build trust and convince prospects to become GUHR clients
- 04Clean handover to the advisory team, who take care of the detailed work
- 05Feedback to sales and marketing: which leads fit, which don't?
What you bring
- 01Completed Steuerfachwirt qualification or appointed tax advisor (Steuerberater)
- 02Full-time – this is not a side role
- 03Presence and persuasiveness: managing directors take you seriously
- 04Genuine enjoyment of conversations and closing – not just the technical side
- 05Solid overview of business taxation, legal forms and tax structuring
Nice to have
- 01Experience in client meetings, advisory or sales
- 02Experience with corporations and holding structures
